Terms & Conditions, Booking & Payment details and Privacy Policy
www.sustenanceforthesoul.com is acting as a holiday booking service on behalf of individual property owners or local rental property management companies. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we cannot guarantee or warrant that the information is totally complete or accurate; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on this website is kept up-to-date.
We are authorised by various owners/companies to offer their properties for rental. On receipt of a booking inquiry we will respond with confirmation of availability of a property, the exact price, deposit required and methods of payment. Only when we receive a completed booking form and the deposit payment, and we confirm that booking, will a contract exist and the cancellation policy (below) becomes effective. Payment must be sent immediately following making the booking. If payment is not received, the property could be offered to another party.
The rental prices quoted on this website includes accommodation, the use of all facilities and utilities (electricity, water and gas for cooking) except for central heating costs if applicable which are charged extra. Bed linen and towels are supplied and properties are cleaned before arrival. Some properties also include other services in the price which are detailed on the relevant web pages. Whilst we endeavour to make sure prices on the website are correct we reserve the right to modify prices until a reservation is booked by the client.
To secure a reservation we will require a deposit of 20 to 30% or full payment if the booking is within 8 weeks of your arrival date. The balance payment plus any security deposit (applies to Italian properties only) should be sent to us at least 2 months before your arrival date. The dates and amounts for balance payment will be detailed in your booking confirmation and a reminder emailed to you nearer the time. Any security deposit will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your date of departure if there are no damages incurred, less any agreed deductions for central heating costs or any other services if applicable.
Should you need to make any changes to your confirmed booking please notify us as early as possible by email. While we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet your request.

We will advise you of any changes at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right to cancel your accommodation in any circumstances. In this case, we will do our best to find you alternative accommodation if available. If it is necessary to cancel your accommodation and no acceptable alternative is possible, we will refund all money paid but we cannot accept any further liability over independently arranged travel.
RENTAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND CARE: The Renter agrees to use reasonable care when using the property to be certain that everything is left in the same condition as received (other than normal wear and tear).
